De leeftijd heeft deze wijn erg goed geholpen! Briljante wijn, met een medium granaatrode kleur. Er zit ook nog bezinksel in. Aromakenmerken zijn onder andere gedroogd fruit, vijg, pruim, pruim, zwarte kers, braam, bosbodem, verkoold hout. De fruitigheid hier is typisch zwart fruit. Uitstekend gehemelte met zuurgraad, hoge tannines, maar toch ook een beetje zacht. En een briljante lange afdronk. Ondanks het feit dat deze uit 2005 komt, zou hij nog wel wat ouder kunnen worden. Prachtig!
